¿De que se trata el No Shave November?

Algunos creen que es un juego, otros creen que es un mes para no rasurarse, muchos otros simplemente no saben  ni si quiera que quiere decir «no shave». Dejar crecer tu barba y bigote en noviembre tiene una razón, no es para que te veas mejor, tampoco es para que parezcas hombre,  va más allá de lo estético, tiene una razón noble en la que todos podemos ser participes. 

El nombre original  es «Movember» (moustache november) , todo comenzó en Australia cuando un grupo de amigos decidieron dejarse el bigote con el fin de apoyar a su amigo que sufría de cancer en la próstata. Al poco tiempo  se hizo una fundación para recolectar fondos y apoyar a los hombres que sufrían de cancer testicular y de próstata. Hoy en día esta celebración se da en  muchos países y busca hacer conciencia de este mal que afecta a los hombres.

Así es, todo comenzó con solo dejar crecer el bigote y nada más.

Pero no hay que confundirnos, no solo es  hacer conciencia de este problema, sino donar el dinero que te ahorras al no ir a tu barbería o el simple hecho de que no gastes en rastrillos, crema para afeitar etc.  Puedes donar en diferentes asociaciones (hay muchas) todo lo que no gastaste en  tu bigote y/o barba.
